Yes, our portable power packs are IP54 rated (weatherproof). But like anything else, it is best to bring them inside if you can, to reduce overall wear and tear.

You can leave the power pack in storage mode with everything shut off for up to 3 months. If you require longer periods, you will need to top off to maintain battery health.

There is no maintenance required! However, if you are using the power pack in dusty conditions, we recommend using our vent filters.

It's all dependent on the model, however across the board our power packs have 2,500 - 3,000 cycles. Each cycle consists of a complete discharge and recharge. The lifespan of the product will depend on overall usage and the frequency of running through cycles. We find that a power pack will typically last from 8-20 years. And even after those 2,500 - 3,000 cycles, the power pack will still operate, it will just have reduced performance (i.e. <80% of original). The typical pay back period on our products is 1-2 years when compared against traditional generators.

Where do we even start? The power packs offer so many incredible benefits over traditional generations. - Can be used indoors or outdoors - All weather conditions - No fuel and no maintenance - No fumes - Safer - No pollution - No noise - Lighter - Easier to use - Lower cost of the life of the product
